Lebanon 9U Bombers capture Fourth Fest Title downing Indiana Mustangs 8-3
Lebanon Bombers 9U beat Indiana Mustangs Blue 8-3 in six innings on Sunday at Noblesville, IN behind Carter Woolfolk, who drove in three runs and Jonah Lester's complete game pitching performance.
Carter doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth inning.
Jonah Lester got the win for Lebanon Bombers 9U thanks to 10 strikeouts. Jonah allowed no earned runs on three hits and two walks over six innings.
The bottom of the first saw Indiana Mustangs Blue take an early lead, 2-0.
The lead stayed with Lebanon Bombers 9U after the fourth, when it scored seven runs. Ashton Adams started the rally with a single, followed by singles from Parker Dillhoff and Jonah Lester. Carter Woolfolk stepped to the plate for the Steak & Shake Big Play of the game lining a three-run double to center. Caleb Barnhizer reached on a fielder's choice followed by a walk by Donald Furniss. Aaron Watson singled to center field scoring Caleb and Donald. Watson scored the 7th run of the inning on a wild pitch after stealing 2nd and 3rd base respectively.
The Bombers pushed an insurance run across in the fifth after Ashton Adams singled, advanced on wild pitch and Carter lined a single to left field.
From that point on the game belonged to Lester and the infield that recorded the last 5 of the last 6 outs of the game. The championship was sealed when Lester struck out the final batter on 3 pitches to seal the victory.

Lebanon 9U Bombers defeat Butler County Bombers 11-4
Butler County Bombers didn't stand a chance on Saturday, as Lebanon Bombers 9U captured a blowout 11-4 win in six innings at Noblesville, IN.
Lebanon Bombers 9U scored five runs in the third on an RBI single by Jonah Lester, a groundout by Carter Woolfolk, a two-run error, and an error.
Jonah went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for Lebanon Bombers 9U.
Carter Woolfolk got the win for Lebanon Bombers 9U. He allowed four runs, none earned, over 2 2/3 innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered two hits. Donald Furniss went 2 1/3 innings of no run, two hit releif and Caleb Barnhizer pitched the final inning allowing one hit and striking out one.

Carter Woolfolk powered Lebanon Bombers 9U at the plate and on the mound Saturday, willing Lebanon Bombers 9U to a 9-5 victory over Indy Revolution.
Carter racked up three RBIs on three hits for Lebanon Bombers 9U. He singled in the first, third, and fifth innings.
Indy Revolution's lineup had no answer for Carter. Indy Revolution managed just one hit off of the Lebanon Bombers 9U's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his three innings of work.

Zane Duning went 2-2 at the plate, but Lebanon Bombers 9U fell 18-7 to Noblesville Black at Noblesville, IN on Friday.
Riggs got the win for Noblesville Black despite allowing five runs over three innings. He struck out three, walked three and surrendered seven hits.
Weiler, Haley and Wilson helped lead Noblesville Black. They combined for two hits and four RBIs.

The bats were busy at Lebanon High School on Saturday, and when the dust cleared Lebanon Bombers 9U had an 18-11 win over Dayton Sting in six innings.

Scoreboard operators were busy at Yates Field on Saturday as Lebanon Bombers 9U and Miamisburg Blue combined for 29 runs. Lebanon Bombers 9U eventually won the offensive battle 21-8 in four innings. The game also featured two delays for lightning and took nearly 3 1/2 hours to complete.

Miamisburg Black Rescheduled
The game postponed from June 6th with Miamisburg Black has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 25th, at 6:00 p.m. The game is scheduled to be played at Yates Field.

Jonah Lester was strong at the plate and on the mound in carrying Lebanon Bombers 9U to a 9-3 victory over Vandalia Stealth on Saturday at Lebanon High School.
Jonah racked up four RBIs on three hits for Lebanon Bombers 9U. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the first and fourth innings.
Jonah put together a nice outing. Jonah held Vandalia Stealth hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked five and struck out six. Zane Duning and Donald Furniss combined to hold the Stealth to only 2 hits over the final 3 2/3 innings in relief.
