Scorekeeping
A message about score keeping. Score keeping as in the pros is not an exact science. You might not agree with the decisions but that is usually a decision made based upon the judgement of the scorekeeper. When you review Gamechanger that is "our" judgement. These figures are then electronically transported to MaxPreps. If we are NOT the home team and the other team uses Gamechanger, their stats are considered official.
Unfortunately because Sonoma Academy did not update their roster list of our team, they had the wrong information posted there and thus stats are attributed to the wrong players. They were alerted and it has been fixed

Great way to start the season. I was asked by several people last night about Gamechanger for other family members and the answer is yes they can follow the team. Nick's uncles, aunts and grandmother all follow. Additional family members can come to GC.com and search for Stuart Hall and request access to follow. It is a very easy way to share your son's activity live with those who do not live nearby and can't access the games.
Should any of you also attend games and are a stat geek, you are welcome to also learn how to score games. Stop by and check with me, Margaret (Achilles mom) or Harold (Will's dad) and we can teach you during a game.
Last, I have been asked if you can get increased access to full stats. The best way to do this is to identify yourself as a parent of a current player in your profile information.

GameChanger Official Scoring Team
We encourage any user to create a GameChanger team and utilize our scorekeeping and stat management tools. As a result of this open platform, there may be several versions of the same team.
GameChanger is beta testing solutions to establish authenticity of teams so fans can easily trust that the teams they follow will provide consistent game data.
Official GameChanger teams will be marked with an official tag in search results and on team home pages.
GameChanger reserves the right to contact a team's head coach to confirm that it is an official team.
