Cost & Commitment
Yes. GameChanger is Always Free for Coaches, organization administrators, and up to four staff members per team.
Yes. Parents, family members, and fans can follow their basketball team, watch live streams, and access core features at no cost.
Yes. Those who want more — like Automatic Highlight Clips, Game & Season Stats, and Athlete Profiles — can upgrade to Premium at any time.
Yes. Organizations can choose to purchase a Team Pass on behalf of families as part of the partnership, giving every family full subscription access at no cost to them.
Yes. Eligible organizations may receive incentives based on adoption milestones. Contact our team to learn more about current incentive opportunities. For a limited time, the first organizations to partner with us will also receive an XbotGo Falcon camera, while supplies last.
Eligible incentives are paid after participation requirements have been met and verified. Your Account Manager will review qualification criteria and incentive payout timing during onboarding.
Yes. Participation includes a one-year agreement with the option to renew.

Yes. Coaches and parents download the free GameChanger App, create an account, and join their team. Parents can also claim their athlete to access player stats, highlights, and more.
Yes. Many organizations continue using their existing registration or team management software while using GameChanger for team management, scorekeeping, and live streaming.
Participation
Participating organizations are expected to onboard their coaches and teams to GameChanger for team management, scorekeeping, and live streaming throughout the season, and encourage parents to use the app to follow and support their teams.
