GameChanger Merchandise Site Return Policy

GameChanger will gladly accept eligible merchandise for refund within 30 days of purchase as long as it is made in compliance with this Return Policy. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Mail Back an Online Return
1. Go to Your Shopify Account. Please visit https://shopify.com/94244864315/account and use the email address you used for your purchase.
2. Select Your Order. Choose the order containing the item(s) you’d like to return.
3. Submit Your Return Request. Follow the prompts to select the items you’d like to return and provide a reason for your return.
4. Receive Your Return Label. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Additional Information
Returns must be shipped using the label provided following the processes in this Return Policy. Returns must be received within 30 days.  Returns attempted that are not in compliance with this Return Policy will not be eligible for refund or processing.
