GameChanger Names Vivek Bedi Chief Product and Technology Officer
Product, AI, and technology leader with a track record of building platforms at scale joins GameChanger’s executive leadership team

NEW YORK, N.Y., April 30, 2026 — GameChanger, the #1 rated youth sports app for scorekeeping, live streaming, statistics, and team management, a DICK’S Sporting Goods company, today announced that Vivek Bedi has joined the company as Chief Product and Technology Officer. Bedi brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling digital platforms across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth SaaS businesses.
In his new role, Bedi will join GameChanger’s executive leadership team and lead product management, engineering, and platform strategy. He will build on the strong foundation established by GameChanger’s product and engineering teams — supporting approximately 10 million unique active users, nearly 10 million games annually, and more than 1 million teams — to scale the platform, advance AI-powered capabilities, and deliver an even more seamless and impactful experience for youth sports coaches, families, fans, operators, and athletes.
“Vivek has spent his career building products that operate at scale and solve real problems for millions of users,” said Sameer Ahuja, president of GameChanger and senior vice president of DICK’S Sporting Goods. “He brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, product intuition, and a strong point of view on how AI can enhance the human experience. As we continue to invest in our platform and expand what GameChanger can do for youth sports, Vivek’s leadership will help us move faster, think bigger, and deliver even more value to the communities we serve.”
Bedi began his career at Goldman Sachs, spending more than a decade building global digital platforms, and he later led enterprise wide digital transformation at Northwestern Mutual, launching platforms serving millions of customers and thousands of advisors. From there, he moved into the high-growth world, serving as Chief Product Officer and Head of AI across multiple SaaS and private equity-backed companies, scaling platforms, driving AI innovation, and leading product strategy tied to more than $2.3 billion in acquisitions and exits.
“I've built products for trading floors, financial advisors, and legal professionals, but nothing hits like building for a kid who just struck out their first batter or a parent watching from three states away,” said Bedi. “GameChanger already means something to millions of families. That's rare. Most companies are trying to create that kind of connection. My job is to make the platform worthy of that passion, push into AI in ways that actually matter, and make sure every coach, parent, operator, and athlete feels like this app was built just for them.”
Beyond his executive leadership experience, Bedi is an author, educator, and frequent speaker on product, AI, and digital transformation. He is the author of “You The Product,” an Amazon best-seller on modern product leadership, and has delivered talks to more than 100,000 people globally.
Bedi marks the latest addition to GameChanger’s executive leadership team and the fifth new executive hire over the past year, further strengthening a group that brings together tenured leaders and new perspectives to guide the company’s next phase of growth and continued leadership in the youth sports industry. Together, these additions support the company’s broader vision to become “The Home of Youth Sports.”
