At GameChanger, we’re committed to continually improving our product for our users. This season’s newest features make it easier for coaches to focus on coaching — using game data to support decisions — and will enhance the game day and post-game viewing experience for family and fans.
A streamlined field view and simplified input buttons make it easier than ever to track every baseball and softball play, even in fast-paced games.
Family and athletes can now RSVP to multiple events from the overall schedule view, without having to tap into each event individually, making it faster and smoother for coaches to track attendance and plan practices and lineups with confidence.
Now, the top offensive and defensive plays of a game are automatically turned into a video reel that can be viewed upon completion of a game that was scored and streamed on GameChanger. So, whether you missed the game and want to catch up, or you just want to re-live the most impactful plays of a game, game highlight reels let you do just that.
We’re leveling up the live viewing experience on GameChanger. Videographers will soon be able to stream games in 1080p HD, giving families and fans a much clearer window into the action.
With the GameChanger + GoPro integration, you can quickly and easily set up a high-quality live stream in just a few taps. Capture all the action with an expansive wide-angle digital lens and clear 1080p live stream capability.
The Insights Tab is your new home for game-level analysis. Available following games that were scored on GameChanger, you can explore the top offensive and defensive insights to spot trends and patterns like how many two-strike hits your pitchers allowed or how that clutch double in the 4th shifted your win probability.
Now, non-scoring staff can view spray charts directly in the GameStream, making it easier for team staff to see where balls are being hit in real time and make in-game adjustments with confidence.
See pitch velocity in real time, made even easier with our enhanced Pocket Radar integration (more on that below!). View average velocity and top speed by pitch type across team, game, and player. Bonus: You’ll also see these metrics highlighted in Recap Stories.
If you use Pocket Radar, your pitch velocities now sync automatically, no more manual confirmation required! Once the scorekeeper scores the play and confirms the radar reading, the pitch velocity will be displayed in the play-by-play and on the live video scoreboard.
Spring ball season is upon us. Here’s to making it one of the best yet for your team.
