Good Morning,
Just wanted to touch base. Playoffs start tonight. Lets hope the rain stops so our boys can play!
For the remainder of our schedule one parent from each team (1 from home team and 1 from away team) has to work the snack shack during our game.
Boyd Field 1 parent from each team
D'Abrosca Field 1 parent from each team
Founders Field DO NOT have to cover.
I will cover tonight's game. Please note I can not cover Wednesday or Thursday of this week if we have games as I am working late both nights. As it stands right now we do not have games scheduled however in the event we do could you all please check your schedules and let me know if you will be able to cover?

We are looking for 2 volunteers to work the snack shack for Thursday May 25, 2017 7:00pm game located at D'Abrosca. This is a make-up game. If our team does not provide 2 parents to work the front counter (you do not have to cook at Continental field) the game will not start. If the game does not start, the home team will be responsible and we will have to forfeit. I ask again please look at your calendars and let me know if you are able to help our team out.

Just wanted to touch base regarding Snack Shack Duty and upcoming Opening Day!!!!
WCALL rule for covering snack bar for this coming season. The snack bar will be run the same way for both fields. The Home team will need 2 people to cover the snack bar during the game. Please note that this is coming from the league and we have been told that the game will NOT start until there is coverage.
If your team is the HOME TEAM at Boyd (Library) you will provide 2 people to cover.
If your team is the HOME TEAM on D'Ambrosca field (Crowne Plaza field to the left if you are looking out of the snack bar) you will provide 2 people to cover.

The league has put together a Volunteer Initiative Raffle this season. Every person who volunteers for a snack shack duty will need to fill out a raffle ticket each time they volunteer. A ticket will be picked at the end of the week, Saturday. The winners will be announced, posted at bulletin board and WCALL Facebook Page. Below are the great prizes

I had signed up for many of the home games prior to the above knowledge. If there is anyone who wants to take a spot from me please just let me know. Please remember this is a volunteer league and the snack shack provides the league with a ton of revenue to keep the league going and our registration fees low. Please check your schedules and let me know when you will be able to help our team out.
Opening Day is this coming Saturday April 22, 2017. We ask that you have your player there by 9:30am in full uniform as Ceremony will begin at 10:00am. Please take note that there is not a rain out date. If it rains and needs to be cancelled there will not be an opening ceremony this year. NO RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
