Chuck Jeroloman is the Associate Head Coach and Hitting Coach at the University of Tennessee, bringing 15 seasons of Division I coaching experience and a long track record of developing elite offensive talent. Across stops at Tennessee, Florida, USF, Jacksonville, and TCU, Jeroloman has helped lead some of the most productive offenses in college baseball, including teams that reached the College World Series in 2023 and 2024.
Jeroloman’s teams have consistently ranked among the nation’s best in offensive production. His teams led the country in home runs in 2023, finished fourth nationally in 2024, and ranked in the top 10 nationally in both 2022 and 2026. His lineups have hit 100+ home runs in four of the last five seasons, produced a season with seven players reaching double-digit home runs, and accounted for several of the top single-season home run totals in program history. His hitters have also set major offensive marks, including individual single-season home run, doubles, and RBI records.
Over his career, he has coached 10 hitters who have gone on to reach the Major Leagues, including Jac Caglianone, and Wyatt Langford. Additionally, 38 of his former hitters were drafted by Major League clubs.
As a player, Jeroloman was a shortstop at Auburn from 2002 to 2004 before advancing professionally to Triple-A in the Boston Red Sox organization.
