Position the smartphone or external camera to capture as much of the action. Attaching it to a fence works best if using a mounting solution.
Tap the “Go Live” button to start a live video stream and leave it until the game is over. Your team community will be alerted when the event is live.

GameChanger now allows confirmed Family and Players to stream games in all sports.
If you'd prefer to only give Staff members the ability to stream for your team, toggle the "Only Staff" option from the "Streaming Permissions" screen.
The staff member streaming the game can choose between allowing only family members and players (for teams whose age group allows for players to have their own account) to see the live stream, or allowing family members, players, and team fans to see the live stream.
It's free for staff members to stream, watch, and access the video archives. Confirmed members and fans can watch the live stream for free, but advanced features like accessing the video archives, the box score, play-by-play and the plays announcer require a subscription.
We recommend that you are connected to the internet via a stable WiFi connection. You can also use cellular data to stream, but please note that this may consume multiple GB of data. To avoid this, you may want to consider using a mobile hotspot.
Streaming is a battery intensive operation for any phone. Your battery is going to drain. We recommend fully charging your phone prior to live streaming, and if possible, plugging your phone into an external battery.
If you put the app in the background for a short period of time (30 seconds or so) then the stream will pause for all viewers. Viewers will receive a message saying that the stream is paused. Once you return to the app you will be able to resume streaming. Please note that the stream will end if you leave the app for longer than this period of time.
If you lose your connection while streaming, the stream will end for viewers. They will get a message saying that the stream has been ended. You will be able to restart streaming once you have a strong enough connection.
